The R.M. of Excel No. 71’s Municipal Council meets regularly on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the office.

If you wish to attend a council meeting to observe the proceedings or have business to present to the Council, please contact the RM office at least 24 hours in advance so adequate arrangements can be made and proper time allotted.
